TRI 2027 offers organizations a focused way to support scientific exchange while connecting with the researchers, clinicians, and innovators shaping the future of tinnitus care.

Become a TRI 2027 Sponsor

Sponsorship levels range from $5,000 to $50,000 and support the conference broadly or specific elements of it, including plenary and distinguished lectures, scientific sessions, receptions, poster awards, travel scholarships, and public programming.

Every level includes recognition in the conference program, on the website, in pre-conference and attendee emails, and on digital displays throughout the meeting, along with access to conference networking events. Higher levels add conference registrations, exhibit space, and podium acknowledgment.

Exhibit at TRI

TRI 2027 is designed to encourage meaningful interaction. Rather than a traditional exhibit hall, exhibit tables are integrated into the networking spaces where attendees gather throughout the day, creating room for real conversation rather than brief exchanges on a crowded floor.

Scientific Display / $3,000

One six-foot draped table, two exhibitor registrations, listing in the program and on the website, and access to networking events.

Academic & Nonprofit / $1,500

One six-foot draped table, two exhibitor registrations, and listing in the program and on the website. Available to universities, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.

Supporting Science, Independently

Image text image

TRI 2027 is committed to scientific independence. The scientific program is developed by an international program committee, with abstracts, speakers, and educational content selected through independent review. Sponsorship supports the conference but does not influence speakers, scientific content, programming, or research priorities.

Beyond the Conference

For many organizations, TRI can be the beginning of a broader relationship with the American Tinnitus Association (ATA). Throughout the year, ATA advances tinnitus research, supports professional and patient education, expands public awareness, and works to improve access to evidence-based care.

Organizations can explore additional opportunities aligned with their philanthropic, scientific, or strategic priorities, developed independently of conference sponsorship.
